On the official website of apple just today, they updated the prices on their website.

The iPhone 11 64 GB price dropped to Rs.49,900. Meanwhile, iPhone 11 128 GB price dropped to Rs.54900. On the other hand, iPhone 12 64 GB price dropped to Rs.59990, 128 GB price dropped to Rs.64990, and 256 GB price dropped to Rs.74990.

Is it the right time to buy iPhone 11 or iPhone 12?

Well, the prices did drop. However, the prices didn't drop on amazon and Flipkart. Most importantly, Flipkart announced a big billion days sale, and Amazon will also launch a sale. So it's better to wait until the sale to get a discount on the product.
